The first quarter of 2023 saw interesting trends for the top five tabletop board games apps in Hungary on a unified platform, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Chess - Play and Learn experienced a significant increase in weekly downloads early in the quarter, peaking at 12.2K in late January. However, this number gradually declined to around 3.9K by the end of March. Revenue peaked at $2.7K in mid-February, showing some fluctuations but ending the quarter at approximately $1.8K. The app also maintained a high level of weekly active users, starting at 40.6K and reaching up to 75.9K by mid-March.

Ludo Club - Dice & Board Game had a relatively stable performance in weekly downloads, starting at 3.5K and ending at around 1.8K. Revenue saw minor fluctuations, peaking at $386 in early February and closing the quarter at $205. Weekly active users remained quite stable, fluctuating around the 21K to 24K range.

Chess from CanaryDroid showed a steady decline in weekly downloads, starting at 1.2K and ending at 350. Active users also saw a decrease from 5.4K to 2.9K over the quarter.
